ACACIA BY FASHION TV. FashionTV Acacia by BNW Developments is a branded residential development on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah. Designed by Conin International, the project combines a fashion-led identity with coastal architecture, using clean lines, natural light and landscaped outdoor spaces to shape the residential experience. The collection includes one- to three-bedroom apartments and four-bedroom penthouses. Contemporary interiors and generous living spaces connect with sea and garden outlooks, with the design intended to bring a sense of balance between private comfort and the surrounding island landscape. Planned shared facilities include an infinity swimming pool, gymnasium and viewing deck. Children have a separate pool and play area, while barbecue zones, fire-pit corners and family lounges create settings for time together. Landscaped gardens, a café and signature restaurant add further places to relax and socialise. The Al Marjan Island setting places the development within a coastal destination of hotels, homes and leisure experiences.
