New-build, bespoke villas in La Romana (Alicante): spacious homes in a natural setting New-build villas tailored to your lifestyle in La Romana Discover a unique opportunity to build your dream home in the peaceful surroundings of La Romana, situated in the Alicante countryside on the Costa Blanca. These modern, detached villas are designed on a self-build basis, allowing buyers to choose from different models, layouts, finishes and plots to create a fully bespoke home. Living in La Romana is like embarking on a journey where the tranquillity of Alicante’s inland countryside blends with vineyard landscapes, traditional craftsmanship, the scent of almond blossoms and a Mediterranean spirit that can be felt at every turn. The area offers a perfect balance between nature and everyday conveniences, with local shops, restaurants and amenities available nearby. It is an ideal destination for those seeking tranquillity without losing touch with the larger towns and the coast. Flexible villa designs with modern architecture Buyers can choose from a variety of villa models offering 3 or 4 bedrooms and 2 or 3 bathrooms, with the option of single-storey or two-storey layouts, and some models featuring an enclosed garage. Floor areas range from approximately 140 m² to 280 m², catering to different lifestyle needs. Each villa is situated on spacious plots on the outskirts of the town of La Romana, particularly in rural locations where plots start from 10,000 m², providing privacy and unobstructed views of the surrounding countryside. High-quality features and energy-efficient living All villas are built using high-quality materials and include a private swimming pool measuring 6x3m or 8x4m depending on the model, a kitchen fitted with a selection of appliances, and ducted air conditioning. The properties also feature aerothermal systems for hot water, a reinforced security door, and fully fitted bathrooms with bathroom furniture and shower screens. The outdoor areas are carefully finished with paved terraces, pool areas and a perimeter path, whilst the plots include 3,000 m² of fencing, access for motor vehicles and approximately 1,000 m² of gravel around the property. Personalised plot selection and self-build process There are several plots available in different locations around La Romana, Pinoso and Aspe, each with its own price (for this advert, a plot costing 55,000 euros has been taken into account; if a plot with a different price is chosen, the final price will be recalculated accordingly). Construction is carried out on a self-build basis, with payments made in stages as the project progresses. The estimated completion time is approximately 10 months from the granting of the planning permission. The builder handles all the administrative procedures – planning permission, architect, paperwork, etc. – from start to finish. There is the option to visit completed properties to view the finishes. Excellent location with good transport links La Romana offers a strategic inland location with easy access to key destinations. Alicante Airport is around 30 km away, whilst the beaches of the Costa Blanca are around 35 km away. There are golf courses within a radius of around 40 km, and the cities of Elche and Alicante are within easy driving distance. (712)
