PEACE LAGOONS. Peace Lagoons by Peace Homes Development is a residential project in Dubai Residence Complex, distinguished by a lagoon at the heart of the apartment complex. Its concept brings water-focused recreation into a contemporary residential setting, with shared leisure spaces designed to extend everyday living beyond the home. The collection includes studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments. Each residence is presented by the developer with its own private pool, adding an individual outdoor leisure feature alongside access to the communal lagoon. An expressive lobby establishes the arrival experience and introduces the project’s emphasis on residential recreation. Amenities include a beach pool, aqua gym, conventional gym and yoga area, alongside a volleyball court and jogging facilities. Families can use the children’s play area, while a cinema, gaming area and mini golf broaden the entertainment offering. Artificial rain is a further distinctive feature of the shared water environment. The developer also plans a shopping mall within the complex, adding retail convenience to the residential concept. Peace Lagoons stands out for bringing private pools, a shared lagoon and a varied leisure programme together within one apartment development.
